On a rotating basis ScanBalt Forum moves around from region to region as an annual event.
The scope is mainly to discuss ongoing activities and plan new ones, coordinate between projects and ensure synergies. This is coupled with sessions and talks targetting the specific interest of the hosting region.
Finally it is an opportunity to deliver key messages to decision and opinion makers.
