Please be sure to bring a copy of confirmation e-mail of your registration and payment when you register at the conference venue.
Payment
Only online payment by credit card in Euro is available for the registration fee (Payable by VISA, MasterCard, American Express).
Cancellation
The following cancellation charges will apply.
Through September 25, 2009 - No charge
After September 25, 2009 - 100% of the registration (No refund)
In case of cancellation, a written notification (E-mail or Fax) should be sent directly to ScanBalt Forum 2009 Desk to avoid any trouble. Refund will be made during or after the conference period, after deducting credit card service charges and the cancellation charge. If your payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card.
