TRAYSS PRIME Training
TRAYSS PRIME is an EU supported project offering training workshops to young life science researchers in the areas of “Research and Project Management”, “EU grant acquisition under FP7” and “Management of Intellectual Property”.Six workshops will be attached as “satellites” to topic-related international conferences in the Baltic Sea Region, starting in the fall of 2007. In addition, the full thematic content will be taught in a five day summer school taking place in the early summer of 2008.
TRAYSS PRIME is designed to raise awareness of young scientists from the Baltic Sea Region for the opportunities and challenges of research management and commercialisation of research results. By assembling scientists from different countries of the Baltic Sea Region in the workshops and in the summer school, scientists will also have the opportunity to make new scientific contacts and discuss possible scientific co-operations. During the seven events in the Baltic Sea Region, some 250 scientists will participate in at least one module of TRAYSS PRIME and will act as multipliers for the know-how.
