Important! If you register as an Early Bird, the fee should reach the account no later than 2 June, 2008.

Confirmation of Registration
The registration will be confirmed by email after we receive the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Conference are strongly recommended to contact the Conference Secretariat, Conbaltas.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
* Before 2 June, 2008
100 % of fee will be refunded.

* After 2 June, 2008
A handling fee of 50 % will be deducted from the payment.

* After 1 July, 2008
No payment will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. For refunds please state your full bank account.
