It is advisable to reserve rooms as early as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. No rooms can be reserved unless complete credit card details are sent to the Conference Secretariat, Conbaltas. Conbaltas cannot guarantee availability later than 36 days prior to the meeting. Algirdas The hotel ALGIRDAS opened its doors to the first guests at the beginning of June 2008. The hotel is located in the centre of the city – within a reconstructed building of the middle of the 20th century in Algirdas Street. Business and shopping areas and restaurants can be reached within walking distance, and the Old Town of Vilnius is just 500 m from the hotel. Please note that all reservations are based on a first come first served basis. If the hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the nearest alternative will be allocated. Conbaltas will, however, make every effort to comply with request. Credit Card Guarantee The credit card information you provide with regard to accommodation will be used towards the hotel as well as to Conbaltas to guarantee your room reservation. In case of no-show, arrival after the reserved date, or departure before the reserved date and cancellation, Conbaltas or the hotel my charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to the full stay requested. Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-out. Confirmation of Hotel Booking The Hotel Booking will be confirmed by email after we receive the credit card details. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Conference are strongly recommended to contact the Conference Secretariat.
