Management Training Week for Scientists

You do not know how and why to protect your know-how? Then attending the TRAYSS PRIME Management Training Week may help you!
At the beginning of their independent careers, young scientists are faced with a multitude of new and unaccustomed tasks for which they were not trained. These tasks include the acquisition and management of research funds, management of complex research projects on the organizational, scientific, communicational and financial levels as well as handling of intellectual property issues and economic exploitation of research results.
A special Management Training Week organized by the EU-funded project TRAYSS PRIME now offers the opportunity for young scientists from different countries to acquire knowledge on these important aspects in a condensed and interactive form.
This workshop is targeted at junior group leaders, postdocs, advanced PhD students and other scientists in the life science sector in the Baltic Sea region who wish to improve their skills in scientific management.

Registration and Participation Fee:
Due to the fact that the TRAYSS PRIME project is supported by the EU, participation fees are kept low. The fees cover full board for five days, lectures and lecture materials. Participation is limited to 60 participants
Participants from the old EU member states: 350 EUR
Participants from the new EU member states: 150 EUR
ScanBalt Members: 50 EUR discount
Fees are due on registration. Registration will only be finalised after receipt of the participation fee. A cancellation of the participation with refund of the fee is possible until 4 weeks before of the event.
