Introduction
The ScanBalt Communication project will optimise coordination and synergies between projects, activities and stakeholders in ScanBalt and will promote the formation of critical mass.

The project will strengthen ScanBalt as a one-stop entry to compentencies in ScanBalt BioRegion via precise, targeted in-time external communication and it will strengthen understanding of the concept and its stakeholders among decision- and opinion makers.

The overall aim is to ensure that ScanBalt BioRegion and its regional actors fully exploit the potential to be globally competitive.

In order to develop interactions between the stakeholders - and between the stakeholders and ScanBalt - increased emphasis on the ability to communicate in a precise, transparent, quick, relevant and reliable way both externally and internally is necessary.

The complexity of ScanBalt BioRegion makes communication a critical issue for the continued success.
