Accomodation

Different hotels in Tartu and also in Tallinn have been reserved for the conference participants at a special conference rate. However, please note that the number of rooms at each hotel is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served-basis. Most of the hotels reserved are located within the walking distance from the conference venue.

Hotel rooms can be booked upon submission of the completed registration form. In case you need accommodation in Tallinn, please inform us when registrering. A written confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you by the Secretariat. The special conference price is valid only if the booking has been made and paid in advance through the Conference Secretariat.

NB! Conference Secretariat will do the hotel bookings in order to get special conference rate. Accommodation will be added to your conference bill and you do not need to contact the hotel by yourself.
